Ebisindou Diriyai is a distinguished Nigerian business executive, leadership strategist, and oil and gas management expert with over 20 years of diverse industry experience. With a background in geology and an MBA in Oil and Gas Management from Coventry University, he has successfully bridged the worlds of finance, public policy, and energy consulting. Ebisindou held senior roles at Guaranty Trust Bank, where he led high-performing teams and ranked among the top ten most profitable teams bank-wide. He is currently the Managing Director of OMG Rubicon Synergy Ltd, where he leads strategic operations, contracting, and stakeholder engagement in the energy sector. He has consulted for public institutions and champions initiatives that drive public-private synergy, youth development, and sustainable leadership. Ebisindou is also known for his philanthropic work and serves as President of the Port Harcourt Polo Club and Chairman of the Uniport Alumni Trustees Board.
